I just purchased this printer, how can I set it up to print on 2 sides of the paper?

It will depend on the actual model you have. Some units have built in automatic duplex printing and some require you to refeed the paper to print the second side. For manual duplex there is a check box on printer properties when you go to print a job.

Page 31/104 (actual pg# 23) of the LaserJetPro MFP M28-M31 Manual , shows you how to setup manual duplex printing for printers that don't have auto-duplex capability.

At the very least, within that area of the preferences for the printer you should find an area for "Print on both sides" if auto duplex is available on your model. Which according to another thread , this model doesn't appear to have auto-duplex capabilities, so setting it up for manual duplex looks like your only option.
