Hi,

I need to link download to this file (M477_M377_MFP_Series_FW_Update_20180201.exe).
I already tryed others firmware versions, but only this one is working.

After I updated my printer, it shows a ˜memory supply error". 
I already changed toners, changed the toners sensors, but still the same problem.

I have search and some users are this problem after the printer update. 
I found the firmware version bellow the last one, is M477_M377_MFP_Series_FW_Update_20180201.exe, but I can not download it!

are these OEM or 3rd party toner? The challenge with a downgrade is that some firmware components might be installed on sub-systems and downgrading will not reverse a firmware update to say the DC controller card.

I had used 3rd prty toner. But I changed to a original HP and it has the same error. 😞

unfortunately it doesn't work. ☹️

Any solution else to try? 
I am suposing the problem is on toner sensor. I will try to send to HP support.
