Product: M477FDW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently purchased a M4577FDW HP Lasetrjet printer. I have downloaded the drivers onto my laptop. It creates an ICON to double click when you are using the printer as a scanner to set the criteria etc..

 

When I tried to follow the same process to download the drivers onto my desktop, it will not downloan the ICON so I cannot set scan jobs from the conputer.

 

HELPPPPPPPPPP - I have uninstalled and re installed now a number of times and it simply does not work
