Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a M607 printer and the drawer does not recognize the paper size. It was working fine, then all of a sudden it stopped. It works when I put the paper in manually.

Please clarify, it does recognize paper but it shows the wrong size? If so either one of the sliders on the tray that  interacts with the switch pack in the cavity has broken or dislodged or the switch pack has failed. Trying a different tray is the easiest test but I know not everyone has access to a tray. Post a few pictures of the tray and I might see something awry.
