OK HP...you are coming really close to losing a long term customer. You are willing to sell me additional cartridges for my printer but cannot provide me with an updated driver for Windows 10"?  You are selling me new desktops and laptops with Windows 10 but cannot figure out a driver? What happened in the compatibility lab? Were you not present? I'm about to hit Facebook if you cannot get back to me! Your virtual person is ignorant and  cannot respond to my query. I purchased all of the color cartridges and 2 Black cartridges for my printer in the last 6 mos. The test page from the printer is perfect. I need help and have spent better than 5 hours downloading your Dr and the HP123...to no avail. Please help me!!!

I do not know all steps you have gone through but looking at some HP documentation this printer is only supported by built in Windows drivers which means you should be able to just connect the printer and when prompted for driver say check Windows Update and use the driver it finds. Does your PC acknowledge the printer when you first connect the USB? If these are newer computers you could be running into an issue between the USB in the printer and current USB 3.0 ports on the PC. Have you tried a different USB cable? They do fail sometimes.
