What is the exact model of your printer (e.g. CB747A)?
To locate this Product Number P/N: this document.

 

To assist you, please use HP Smart to print and scan to iOS.
Go to Using the HP Smart App (Android, Apple iOS) for more information.

 

You can also try printing with Apple AirPrint.  Printing with Apple AirPrint (iOS)
