Driver installing stuck

Hello.

Cant install HP LaserJet Professional M1132 MFP. I downloaded the last driver from HP site.

During instalation setup utility ask to connect printer then apears windows "New device connected" and virtual CD ROM disappearing. Then installing stops. This window can be shonw 2 days with no result.

In logs i see:

Thanks for posting. It is a terrific place to find answers and tips! 

I understand that you are unable to install the printer driver, don't worry we'll work together to help you find a solution.

Recommend you to uninstall the printer software using the method mentioned below. 

• Uninstall the printer from programs and features from the control panel.
• Check in device manager, if the printer is listed there, please delete it.
• Go to devices and printers, select any printer listed there and you will get some options on the top. 
• Click on print server properties. 
• You will get a popup, click on the drivers tab and delete all the HP printer drivers listed there, if any.
• Delete all the instances of your printer listed in devices and printers.
• Restart the PC.
• Update the firmware on the printer using the control panel on the printer. (Will require the printer to be connected to your wireless network.)
• Once the PC is on the desktop, press Win + R, it would bring a Run dialog box, 
• Type %temp% in the run box and click Ok or hit the Enter button.
• It would bring up the temporary files folder. Delete the files in the folder (You might not be able to delete all the files).
• If possible, delete the printer from the registries using Regedit or using any other 3rd party application.
• Restart the PC again. 

Download the latest full feature driver from : https://hp.care/2t3jqZw and install it on the computer.

What 3dr party app should i use?

I tried UTIL\ntScrubber but after this I have BSOD at installing time (cause NVIdeo driver). I reinstall VideoDriver and start driver installation again. There is in logs long time repeated:

You can use the third party application to uninstall the printer software like Revo uninstaller.

Once the printer driver is uninstalled, restart the computer and install the printer full feature driver.

Can you provide Revo Uninstaller log (.ruel file)?

I was able to install.

1. Try to install with HP install utility.

2. When in stuck - close it.

3. go to temp to found unpacked driver folder. We need UTIL folder inside Driver folder.

4. Run \UTIL\SIUtility64.exe and turn off SmartInstall (Printer - disable smartinstall - ok - close)

5. Run \UTIL\ntScrubber\x64\ntScrubber.exe to clean system after HP Pritner (Driver keept installed in system and can be seen in PrintServer - drivers)

6. Reboot.

After booting up printer installed and works well. But Scaner works only throught TWAIN interface (it's ok for me).
