Although I upgraded to Windows 11 months ago, my printer was working fine until 2 days ago.  Apparently the driver, which is the best available, is no longer supported by the 11 OS.  I've spent hours trying to find some work around but have failed.  Any suggestions?

Thank you for posting, however you need to include more details to make it possible for someone to provide guidance. The list below is a generic list of possible information to provide and some may not be applicable in your case.

-Be sure to include model of printer
-operating system of computer
- printer driver installed
- printer connected via WIFI, Ethernet or USB?
- has it ever worked?
- any error messages appearing on the screen including numeric or text errors.
- anything that may happened just before the error started such as paper jams or power failures.
- If you can include a sample that would help when issue is print quality

I apologize for the lack of info.  The printer is an hp Laserjet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw, was functioning excellently by either wifi or a hard connection.  The printer, apparently, is no longer supported by Windows 11, the OS, but was working just fine until about a week ago.  It may be that an automatic Windows upgrade has forced a disconnect but I don't seem able to roll back the printer upgrades.  I really loathe being forced to replace a well made and well functioning machine, so am currently using an inelegant work around.....saving files to pdf on a stick and using the printer's USB port to print directly from the stick.

While your printer is no specifically listed, I suggest that you try the HP Universal printer driver or the HP Smart Universal printer driver. As long as the printer is network connected either is a good possibility and worth trying.

Or download the Windows 10 driver set and use that.
