Hello, I have a problem after updating to an iMac on MacOS Catalina with a printer driver. MacOS is not listed and does not appear on HP support for macOS. Apple refers to the Hp support site.
Please help me.

According to the product specifications for HP LaserJet 1020 Printer Series, it is not compatible with macOS 10.15.

HP LaserJet 1020 Color Printer driver for macOS 10.15 Catalina is not available from the HP website or Apple Software Update. However, Gutenprint (formerly called Gimp-Print) provides open-source basic print drivers for many printers that would otherwise not be supported in Mac OS X. To see if your printer is supported, go to Gutenprint drivers for more information.

NOTE: Gutenprint drivers are not supported by HP or Apple.

Hello, thank you for your answer. Unfortunately my printer was not in the list. Despite this I tried and installed but the nearest driver was 1022. Unfortunately it still does not work.

That's unfortunate. If the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for further assistance:

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
