Drop down printer menu cannot print : PC Screen Only; Duplicate; Extend; Second Screen;

Hi, unplugged the printer as I was having trouble installing a new print cartridge.  When plugging back in all I get is a drop down menu when pressing print : PC Screen Only; Duplicate; Extend; Second Screen.  But, I cannot choose any of those options.

This is on the PC screen?

You describe a Project setting dialog of Windows when pressing the Windows Logo + P keys of your keyboard.

Any chance you misuse the Windows Logo key instead of CTRL + P which used to launch a print dialog?

Hi thanks.  Yes, is a PC. 

I suppose it could have been a mistake that I pressed Windows by mistake, but never have before.  Ho Hum. 

I tried the shut down restart a couple of times and it eventually went away.

At the time I could not actually choose any of those options.

Anyhow, all fixed (for now).  🙂
