CP5225DN
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I had the PC in the shop and they upgraded to the latest version of Windows 10.

Now my CP 5225DN is not duplexing

I have installed the current drivers, the printer says the duplexer is installed but still nothing

Have tried various drivers and no luck. Removed and reinstalled several times

Any thoughts?

Have you tried to use the HP UPD driver, or are you using the discrete printer driver designed only for the 5225?

Have tried

HP UNIVERSAL PRINTING PCL 6

PCL 5

HP 5225 Drivers

all the same issues

every time I try a new driver I have to go in and tell it that it has a duplex unit but it still doesn't work

Had no problems whatsover until latest windows 10
