Laser Jet Pro MFP M477fnw

I bought the above printer to be a "workhorse" that includes duplex printing with a professional work product look.  The box at purchase showed the printer duplexed, one of the major reasons I bought it.  They are not cheap.  The printer shows it duplexes.

This printer does not duplex.  You have to manually perform that task, which I found out by running off nearly a ream of paper and wasting an hour.  If HP has to resort to false advertising to sell a product, I will look at another brand of printers.

The M477dn would be the model that duplexes.

You might be able to return that and buy the model that meets your needs.

Same here. It also waste time. You have to be by the printer to manually switch the paper.

Is there a driver update one can use to move from manual to automatic duplex printing for this printer?
