The paddle unit of the finisher experienced an error.
Recommended action for customers
- If there is jammed paper on the finisher main output tray, remove it.
- Open and then close the door of the finisher to check if the finisher executes the initialization process.
- Test the finisher by sending another job.
- If the error persists, please contact customer support
This is a managed device and the dealer you purchased from is supposed to have a support contract on it.
