DeskJet Printers lack a full service touchscreen Printer Control Panel.

The control panel features are limited to a few buttons and lights.

What to do?

Scan content at size and save to your device (computer, tablet, phone).

and

Use appropriate software or an application to print the saved file at the size you want it done.

Windows provides the most robust options, including

• The Full Driver printer software for supported Windows versions - software includes HP Scan
• Adobe Reader - PDF - Print at any size, including "Poster" 
• Microsoft Pain - Any percentage of 100% including "Poster"
• Microsoft Print Pictures - Print one or more photos at selected size on one or more sheets of paper
• HP Smart (Windows) - Print photo at selected sizes  HP_Smart_Win_Simple_Photo_Print_Letter_4x6_4

Important

DeskJet printers do not support Borderless

and

DeskJet printers require a larger margin along the bottom edge of the paper. 

These limitations impact how content is printed on paper.

This DeskJet printer requires a larger margin along the bottom edge (1/2 inch).

Borderless Printing

No

Print Margin Bottom (A4)	12.7 mm
Print Margin Left (A4)	3 mm
Print Margin Right (A4)	3 mm
Print Margin Top (A4)	3 mm

There is no software, firmware, or alignment that changes the larger margin requirement.

The solution to "chopped off" is to keep all data inside of 1/2 inch / 12.7mm on the bottom edge. 

This limitation includes all text, images, page numbers, footer information, cells, tables, lines, other notations, and all file types, too.

Create your original document with 12.7mm ( 1/2 inch ) margins.
