Was given this link to update firmware. http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/SS/SL-M2020/M2020_V3.00.01.12.zip it provides a 404 Not Found error.

Easiest way to get drivers and firmware is to go to support.hp.com it will ask for your model.

Thank you for the response, and your guidance is absolutely correct if I had a PC or a Mac. Unfortunately, I and using a Chromebook. I cannot download actual files.

 

After about four hours at the HP site, I did see a suggestion that I reboot my modem. That cured the problem.
