Having problem for months. Attacking it again with ZERO success. I have downloaded the file to USB then went through motions after I hit "print" and then the screen shows "Printing Started", I then hit "NO" and everything goes back as it was. 59.FO back on screen - No Updating or noise from printer. I am lost. My driver is still the old driver. not the 15101. HELP PLEASE

If you are hitting no you are stopping the update process. Once you select the file and say print, let it run. Printer will restart. Follow the directions in the readme file "completely".
