I can see the picture now! That's weird!

But I can't tell what''s wrong in the picture I don't have a M375 by my side.

I compared it with CM1415/CM2320/M276.... but they looked differently with M375.

It looks like that you have been taken every apart to the inner most. If so it might be something wrong in the processing.

What i want to just put a V-shape paper into the solenoid is to make things simple and avoid any misdoings.

Sorry, i can't tell if  there's anything wrong in the picture.

But, yes, if a simple V-shape paper can't solve the 59.C0 problem then it might be the gears assembly problem and that will be a difficult task.

That's become a hard job to find out what's wrong with it since you have taken it apart and reassembled.

That's what i am not going to do in the first time because it'll always make something troubles which you'll never know.

You need to find it out what's going with it.

Maybe it's door not closing well, or it's a switch not been press enough or got away from its oringinal place or its cable is loosen....., or it's the cable from the switch to the PCB is broken or not plugged firmly......

You'll have to check it out one by one.

I took pictures of the door and its corresponding door switch to give you a direction to find your own way.

I don't have a M375 with me I only have CM2320/CM1415/M276 hope they'll help.

HP M276

All of them have different place to work its way.

I  had the experience once which after my fixed still got 59.C0 on a HP M276 and can't find out why and it ended up with replacing the whole gears assembly.

Really don't know why.

Maybe a broken teeth or a mis-alignment somewhere ......

Hope you can get over it.

Of course you can repair it yourself if you have spare parts.

What i had been done last time was to replace whole gears box assembly but I couldn't find out what's wrong with it.

I used the assembly of HP CP1215/1518ni/1525/1312/1415..... i didn't know really if they are compatible with each other but they look much alike and it really works. It was HP M276nw which showed 59.C0 error.

I had only one M276 but i had many CP1215/1518ni/1525/1312/1415.... maybe i'm just lucky.

HP Recommended

There's no where you can find in HP's service manual because it's not a replaceable part for HP.

The only way is to learn from try and error and it's hard or try to find somewhere similar to compare with and there's few too.

In the video's that white broken plastic pin should be on the gearsbox.

I've tried to find other videos which can show what the gearbox looks like but i failed there's no picture no video.

I remember that i'd taken pictures with my mobile phone but when the room was full i had to delete all of them and if didn't have done that i surely can provide the pictures of what they look like.

But now i'm sorry for that. I really hope you've kept yours.
