Hi, since now having to work at home my printer comes up with the above error code. I operate a Mac but for work am using a laptop which connects to my office computer via a VPN? which uses Windows 10 I believe (O365 etc). Please dont be fooled into thinking I know what I'm talking about cos I dont....just use the machines!

Its annoying as this has only started to happen since I'm working from home...with the work laptop? Dont want to rush and buy a new printer if I don't need to.

This is a noted service issue with the following steps required:

1. Unplug unit for ten minutes and the restart, make sure that you are plugged directly into the wall

2. Still not working, perform a NVRAM reset. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SfIhl9CvSOw

3. If that does not resolve the problem then the DC controller will need to be replaced.

Thanks, the unplugging works more often than not but it happens again, guess I'll try the reset check next. Thanks

Make sure your printer is not plugged into a power strip, surge protector or UPS as they can limit power to the printer and cause weird issues. It should be plugged directly into a wall outlet on a circuit that is not loaded with other electrical devices.
