I constantly get an error on the printer queue whenever I try to print something. On the status section it says "Spooling", then "Error-Spooling" and then "Error-Printing" and it won't print me any page. What can I do to fix this?
When I try to print a test page it says the exact same thing and it prints a blank page or just a page but 10% percent printed, not even how it is supposed to look a print test.

I've tried every method I've seen on this forum including removing files from the "SPOOLING" folder on system32 and restarting the Print Spooler from the Services, plug it in and out, restarting it, uninstall and install the drivers  4 times.

Welcome to HP support community.

Did you uninstall the printer driver from root level?

If not, follow these steps:

Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.

  • In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
  • Select your HP printer.
  • Select Uninstall.
  • In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
  • In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
  • Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
  • Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
  • Click on Drivers tab.
  • Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
  • Select OK.
  • Remove all instances of the same.
  • Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
  • Close Devices and Printers.
  • Restart the PC again.

Download and install printer full feature driver
