hello, i need help  with printer laserjeck m601 , i got error Tray 2 Lifting  and  the printer has  tray 1 and tray 2.

is always on the sensor in tray 2? ps107,ps907 and sw102. 

the tray 2 does not have sheet inside

i found the solution the problem was the  1 pin the supply board was not connecting to the toner.  i made mistaken inserting supply board when was remove by myselft

hello, i have disconnected the  conector J92 this is the connector is comming from  sensor ps107 and ps907  to  controller board  and the  ps107 and ps907 is  tunning on yet in the pannel.20180618_133839.jpg

Hi adalberto1,

 

Nice troubleshooting there. If you have already disconnected the sensors and they are still on, then the DC controller PCA might have gone faulty. Worths trying a different known working good DC controller.
