Product: HP LaserJet 600 M602

I'm getting a error code of 41.03.02 unexpected size.  When through all processes to fix other than replacing sensors(Flossing to see if there was any paper pieces lodged and using caned air to blow out anything that might block a sensor).  Any other suggestions?

Test the registration assembly clutches to ensure proper operation and replace if not working properly. If error persists then the lifter assembly is the next suggested part to replace according to documentation. I would check the error log closely to see if there are any tray life errors before doing that.

Once upon a time this error was usually caused by multifeeds...

 

Two sheets of paper would feed through the printer with the second slightly offset from the first which would be detected by the printer as media that was too long.

 

When you get the error do you find a blank sheet of paper in the output tray?
