I was copying and printer started making an awful noise so I cancelled print job and turned it off. when I turned it back on it made the same noise but when i tried to copy again it was fine for the first 20 copies then started again and now i get error code 59.A0. Does anyone know what this means?

Hi cecalafinancial,

This is a ITB motor rotation error. Take out the ITB (Intermediate Transfer Belt) and check it for any damage. Re-install it back in the printer and try again. If the error persists, then the printer must be serviced. Something is faulty (ITB motor, ITB) or hinders the smooth rotation of the ITB.

I hope this will help,

Cheers!
