Hola, tengo uuna impresora HP LaserJet 1300. Estaba trabajando muy bien en todos mis equipos. Ahora que compre una PC de escritorio y la instale, sí me aparece como impresora predeterminada. Pero cada que voy a imprimir me envia un mensaje que dice Impresora en estado de error. Aclaro que no tengo un CD u otro medio para la instalacion. Esto lo he hecho manualmente utilizando algun controlador parecido de la lista de opciones. ¿Que puedo hacer?  Segui las instrucciones que le dieron a otro usuario con el mismo problema (respecto a llevar a cero el dispositivo y volver a instalarlo) Pero nada. Ayudenme, por favor

Hello, I have Uuna printer HP LaserJet 1300. I was working very well on all my teams. Now that you buy a desktop PC and install it, it does appear to me as the default printer. But each I'm going to print sends me a message that says printer in a state of error. I clarify that I have a CD or other means for installation. This I have done manually using some similar controller from the list of options. What can I do? Follow the instructions given to another user with the same problem (regarding to bring the device to zero and reinstall it) but nothing. Help me, please

Good Day. A warm welcome to the HP community. 

 

I reviewed the case regarding issues with the printer. I will be delighted to assist you here.  

 

Superb description, brilliant troubleshooting and terrific observations made before posting. Kudos to you for that. 😉 

 

I recommend you delete the driver and root level and retry, follow the steps below: 

 

In Windows, search for and open Programs and features 

 

2.) Select your HP Printer 

3.) Select Uninstall 

4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers 

5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose `Delete' or `Remove Device' 

6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo. 

7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between "printui.exe" and "/s") 

8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab 

9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom 

10.) Select Ok 

11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows 

12.) Close Devices and Printers 

 

Once done, follow this link and install the driver software. 🙂
