I am having the same error message. I tried the steps provided but it's still returning the error. Are there instructions other than just doing a factory reset?

So this somehow got fixed last time, not sure how but it seemed to have been resolved. I notice that this happens anytime the printer is powered down entirely for any length of time. This time, we had a power outage in our neighborhood for about 5 hours, and of course, when it came back on, I started getting this error message again. 

 

The specific message, when I go to "Apps," is:

Access Denied

The service may be busy.

Retry later. If the problem

continues, check for firmware 

updates.
