I get the error message on my officejet pro 8600.
It says “there is a problem with the printer or ink system turn off then on.”
i did all that. Still not working took the inks out and took the other part that hold the ink out and still not working. Nothing is leaking. Since we bought it 4 years ago never had any issues with it. And this is a printer we use at the house so doesn’t get used much. Maybe print something here and then. No heavy use at all. Paid more to get s printer so it will last but I guess not. Just very dissappointed. I thought we bought a good printer but I guess not. I hope j can get some help on here and it is an easy fix.
