Product: LaserJet P2055dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When I click on printer preferences for my LaserJet P2055dn, I get the following error:
C:\Windows\system32\rundll32.exe
Function address 0x655ca006 caused a protection fault. (exception code 0xc0000005)
Some or all property page(s) may not be displayed.
Can anyone tell me what is causing this and how I can fix it?
Thanks.

Hi,
I found this useful to troubleshoot the issue.
Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.
