I bought HP Color Laserjet CP5225. But Ethernet port not lighting and working. How to fix it?

You need to first confirm that the network port is actually turned on as there is the option to disable it.  On the control panel go to service menu and select restore factory default settings.  You should also examine the port to ensure that there is no physical damage.  The networking is integrated into the formatter so replacement is the only fix if the network has indeed failed.

The printer ethernet port lights will only come on when connected to a working network cable and port on your network router/switch/computer. Check if another, known working, network device works when connected to that network cable & port.

Double check your printer's network settings to make sure IPv4 is enabled and setup correctly, typically with DHCP. IPv6 doesn't matter if enabled or not.
