Hi @1111khan

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I understand that you are experiencing printing issues with your HP LaserJet Tank MFP 2606sdw, as black lines appear on the printed pages.

Clean the Printer Interior

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it.
  • Open the toner access door.
  • Carefully remove the toner cartridge.
  • Use a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water to wipe away any visible toner dust or debris inside the printer.
  • Avoid touching the imaging drum directly with your fingers.

Printhead Alignment

  • Place plain white paper in the tray.
  • On the printer’s control panel, go to Settings > Printer Maintenance > Align Printhead.
  • Printer prints an alignment page; follow on‑screen instructions.
  • In HP App, go to Printer Sttings > Print Quality Tools > Align Printhead.
  • Verify – Print a test page. If misaligned, repeat or run a cleaning cycle first.

Update Firmware & Drivers

  • Visit the HP Support website.  https://support.hp.com/au-en/products
  • Enter your printer model.
  • Download and install the latest firmware update and drivers.
  • Restart both the printer and your computer after installation.Update Firmware & Drivers

Hope this helps, Please revert if the issue persists.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
