Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Help!! I am having trouble with my printer and can't do an update or reset because I can't remember the stupid Admin Password. I would like to do a factory reset and that information seems to be unavailable.

I have sent you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
