Hello! Good day
My printer suddenly stopped printing, when I open the printer in control panel it says Printer spooler is not running but on the printer I can see the WIFI button blinking as I also did network test and informations it says you are not connected to any network and sadly my menu access is disabled, and I also dont know the ip to our printer, the problem is that I am new IT in this office and I couldnt reach the old IT to ask what is the IP or password for printer, so I didnt find any other way, than asking you
I did unistall HP driver/software full solution and install it back but during the instal it asks me disconnect and connect back the USB then after that in the end it says erorr, the setup took too long, and if I try to find the printer in install menu through wifi it says printer not detected, Help me please if there is any way to fix or if not let me know how to factory reset it and reconfigure it back, THANK YOU
I am really short in time so please assist with possible ways.

To Reset the printer back factory settings.

1. Turn the printer off.

2. Press and hold CANCEL and the right arrow buttons at the same time while powering on printer.
3. Continue to hold down buttons until the control panel display reads PERMANENT STORAGE INIT.
4. Release the buttons. Printer will return to Ready automatically.

Hope this will help you fix your problems, but I think you might have a computer-related issue, not a printer problem.

Thank you Valismot for reply
but I tried the instructions as you said to factory reset it but it never worked, I think factory reseting it is a better way because as I don't have the full access to the printer now so the only way I think is factory reset. so if you please let me know the possible way of factory reseting it, I couldnt find it googling.
Thank you in advance.
