Hi @jessicaeo,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query. I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you want to reset your HP LaserJet Pro M102w Printer to factory-set defaults.

I suggest that you follow the steps provided below:

1. Open the HP Embedded Web Server (EWS):

a. Print a configuration page to determine the IP address or hostname by following the steps:

i. Press and hold the Resume/Cancel button until the Ready light begins blinking.

ii. Release the Resume/Cancel button.

b. Open a web browser, and in the address line, type the IP address or hostname exactly as it displays on the printer configuration page. Press the Enter key on the computer keyboard. The EWS opens.

NOTE: If the web browser displays a message indicating that accessing the website might not be safe, select the option to continue to the website. Accessing this website will not harm the computer.

2. On the System tab, click Save and Restore in the left navigation pane.

3. In the Restore Defaults area, click the Restore defaults button. The printer automatically restarts.

Let me know if this works.

You have a good day ahead.
