LaserJet CP2025dn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My LaserJet CP2025dn has worked well until recently when fading of the black toner along the left side of the page has appeared (see attached photo of diagnostics page). Other colors appear not to be affected. I tried the cleaning and calibration functions several times to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. ThanksLaserJet CP2025dn black fade.jpg

If this issue appears only for black, then I would recommend changing the black toner first.

I hope this will help,

If the issue is showing up for only one color then it icould be either of the two parts mentioned below, Check if the black cartridge is running out of toner by printing the supply status page.

Toner cartridge

Intermediate transfer belt

Thanks for your advice and sorry for my late response.

I should have thought of your solution given that the problem only occurred with the black toner. I ordered a new toner cartridge (the last one was a few years old) which arrived today. The problem was resolved with the new toner cartridge.

Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction.
