HP LaserJet Pro M118dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this printer based on the description provided which states: 1,000 PROFESSIONAL-QUALITY PAGES. Produce 1,000 pages of crisp, sharp text and smooth grayscales rig... This was purchased in order to print text based essays and homework sheets for school during the COVID19, so quality was never a problem. Upon installing the printer, I immediately changed the settings to low quality, 600 dpi draft/economode quality printing. I was only able to print 600 or so pages of text (not photos) before running out of ink. Seeing as high quality 1000 pages was the expectation, 600 low quality prints seems to be much lower than what was expected. I would have been happy had we got somewhere close to what was advertised when I bought it... I'd like to be provided a new cartridge and this appears to be the only avenue HP allows questions unless you are a business customer, or a facebook user.
