HP Color LaserJet MFP M477fdw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried to clear the rear paper jam on my MFP M477fdw.  I have followed the instructions of the other posts related to other models and it did not clear up the issues.  I would like to know the advaced reset steps in order to clear this jam.

ok, I was able to resolve my issue by removing the paper tray 2 from the bottom of the printer.  There I saw a blue button and I pressed it.  Nothing happened at first then is dropped down.  There, it reveled a sheet of paper.  Not sure why it was showing a rear papaer jam when it is clearly a papper feader jam.  Either way after 2-3 hours I was up an running again.  I hope this helps.

I have cleared all paper sections of my HP Color LaserJet MFP M277dw printer, watched videos, reinstalled the printer and continue to get the paper jam error message.  Please help.

I didn't have a button, but you helped me discover this little tray that drops down and I too had a sheet of paper in that tray!

Thank you!
