Product: LaserJet Pro 400 m451dn

I'm getting false tray 3 jams on my M451dn.  I've replaced the DC controller board twice with limited success.  Any other solutions available for this issue?

we have a M451 at work that was getting the tray 3 error and the printer only has 2 trays. I took the printer down to oiur shop. i tried printing a report from within the printer and not connected to a computer or a network. i got the tray 3 error. so i gave up then after about 10 minutes i heard the printer making a noise like it was starting up. i went over and the printer said calibrating. after that the printer started to print again without the the tray 3 error. so what i am thinking is this tray 3 error is probably driver based...something configured to print from tray 3.
