Product: M452dw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

My printer does not want to print PDFs made by my website order Printer Shopify or other files made in Adobe Illustrator. these files print first time on my other printers. The message on my printer screen just says file corrupt but gives no explanation....

would love any advise from anyone with a similar problem.....

Make sure that the firmware is up to date.  The file may contain commands your printer does not understand. While it seems redundant, sometimes opening the PDF and then printing it to PDF using a program like cutepdf and then trying to physically print might allow the printing to work.

It may be your printer driver is the problem. Try deleting it, download a new copy and reinstall with a new one.
