Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After doing a firmware update on Laser Jet Pro M102w today all I get is a blinking green button.  When I looked to add it to my computer it now says it is a HP Laser Jet 3020 but will not print to it.  I have seen in the forums that a possible solution is a factory reset but I don't know how to do that.

 

I have tried unplugging for awhile and have also tried to update again.  The former did nothing and the later did not work because the printer is no longer seen by the software

@Anhtuan_1985, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
  • In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage

Once the reset is complete, reinstall the printer drivers on the PC
