Product: Color Laserjet Pro MFP M181fw

I am trying to find the fuser on this new printer I have just purchased as the error message is always appearing even though I turn it off and then on again. 

 

Where can I locate the fuser for this printer?

50.2 fuser error is a hardware problem and since your M181fw is a new one your best option is to return it back to HP to replace it with a new one.
