HP Color Laser Enterprise M553

 

After the print job is finsihed the wait symbol flashes and the

display reads "Processing joib from tray  x (1 or 2)".  This prevents me from launching a new job to different tray.

The Windows Devices&Printers displays for this printer show that no print job in the queu or in process. 

 

If I turn the printer off and back on I can do what I wanted to do.

There were no jobs in the queue of in process per Windows printer displays, but the problem has not re-occured so it must have been a fluke. Thanks for the response.

Have you tried these steps: "Print Jobs are stuck in a "processing" state
