Hello, Today after one of our staff member turned on our HP lasterjet M4555 mfp he noticed that display screen is flipped upside down. We tried several things but nothing helped:
1.restart
2.cold restart
3. firmware update
Bios is also upside down but the touch panel buttons repond to placed where they suppose to be (its very hard to navigate because you need to predict where the buttons are). Bellow is the picture of how it looks now:

We recently ran into this with some other models, it is likely a bad control panel and require replacement.
