Forget Admin password

i was to make an option of Scan/Save to USB Drive. but o have forget the admin password... please assist me to reset the password.

You will need to go into the preboot menu and perform a partial clean to clear the password. This will delete settings on the printer so you will want to perform a backup before doing this and a restore after performing the partial clean.

Instructions for preboot menu access are included with every firmware upgrade "readme file", I have included them here:

Pre-Boot access:
1. Turn the printer ON.
2. Press the HP logo in the middle of the screen when you see the “1/8” under the logo.
3. Press the Down arrow to highlight Administrator, and then press OK.
