Product: HP LaserJet 500 Color MFP M575
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Forgot admin password and need to reset or restore to factory settings.  Can't get past preboot menu without password either. Suggestions??

Hi BBinLETS,

 

If you can, do a Partial Clean via the preboot menu.

If there is a password in the preboot menu as well, try to sign in with 05057512.

If that fails too, then I am afraid you will have to replace the formatter board.
