Forgot admin user name and password

I have a HP Color LaserJet MFP M277dw and forgot the admin user name and password.  They were both changed wwhen the printer was purchased. Is there any way to reset it back to factory default of admin/admin?

Thank you for visiting HP Support forum,

Here are steps,  this should help you in resetting the admin password you had set.

1. On Printer control display, touch "Setup" Menu.
2. Then look for "Services" and then press OK
3. Then look for “Restore Defaults” touch to restore to factory default.
