I was scammed when I started chatting with HP about problems with my OfficeJet Pro 8025 printer. I left my name and telephone #, and when they called me back, it was the beginning of a nightmare scam.  Hackers have conducted scams using HP websites. I wonder how much of a background check is done for the technical support teams, or contractors. I also have lost a lot of confidence in HP, and doing future business with  them.
