HP Recommended

July 2025 replaced a fuser in a hp LJ M610 printer with 59k on it for double imaging ... 10 months now and its double imaging again ... of course it's an OEM new fuser and appears to only be using plain paper. Is there a known issue with this model fuser ...?

OEM or 3rd party cartridges?

 

We have had a few issues but usually resolved by setting the default paper settings for plain paper to treat it like letterhead or bond paper. this is done through the paper settings menu in the Embedded Web Server.
