HP Recommended

Looking for FutureSmart 3.8 firmware (2308209_000566) for HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M553 to align firmware across devices for macOS IPP/AirPrint compatibility. Support case UI is failing. Any HP contact assistance appreciated.

Typically HP does not supply very old firmware versions to avoid exposing customers to security threats posed by outdated firmware. I may have an archive copy and check for you.
