Product: Deskjet 1050 All in one J410 s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I recently bought a new computer and an expert set it up. But without HP shortcuts!    I had a few on my old computer and I want  also some HP shortcuts now. I have lots of HP files, tell me please which need a shortcut and the names of them. I can print OK and copy OK but I need a shortcut to be able to do scanning and if I will have troubles in the future. Thanks!

Follow this tool, it should obtain and launch the latest full feature HP software for your printer:

http://h20180.www2.hp.com/apps/Nav?h_pagetype=s-926&h_lang=en&h_client=s-h-e016-1&h_keyword=dg-PIW

 

Once completing the installation you will see the HP Shortcuts on your desktop.

G'day, my apologies, we didn't get there. The wizard was stopped by an inability to detect the printer (HP 6950) even though the printer USB was reinserted to vacate the networking of the printer.
