Product: hp cm4540 MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a used HP CM4540 MFP laser color printer that is giving "Output bin full" error. The printer does not have output bin or output bin bezel. Its IPTU is working fine since one bootup it does activates and the roller rolls. Any help will be greatly appreciated if someone can help in fixing this error.

Flag for the output sensor is located in the bezel, that is why you are getting the error, as the the lack of that flag triggers the full output bin error. I am guessing that the unit had a finisher attached at one point in time but no longer does.
