Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer prints whole ghost pages (super lightly printed pages), recognizes the error, and then reprints the page.  Have tried setting for correct paper type, running a cleaning cycle, and replacing the black toner.  Pages I'm trying to print are black and white.  Not sure where to go from here.

Can you post a sample please. Have you recently changed any supplies? What is the page count on the unit?

Would love to post a sample, but the print is so light, the scanner just sees a blank page.  The unit definitely recognizes the error, and reprints the page.  Changed the black toner when the problem started, and still have the same issue.  Total impressions are 16,487.

Also, looks like it try's to run a cleaning cycle when it recognizes the error, and then asks to continue.

Do you see the same light print issue if you print a report from the control panel of the printer?  Is it just the black or are the colors light as well. Printing the supplies status will show how all cartridges are printing.
