Just to be clear, this is a mutual support board by users. There are some moderators that will elevate questions to HP tech support in some situations, but most of the people, like myself, are just people who know HP products well and provide our time with no remuneration. If you do not get am immediate answer it is because most of us have life and jobs beyond this board. I also notice that this post was placed at 2 in the morning my local time.
